Privacy Policy

Node Robotics Pte. Ltd. ("Node Robotics", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What personal data we collect

Your name, email address and phone number, when you enquire through our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, WhatsApp, email, phone, or website.
Your child's age or preferred class level, when relevant to your enquiry or enrolment.
Enrolment details you provide on registration forms, and records of payments and communications with you.
If you use the parent portal (enrolment page): your account email and password (stored only as an encrypted credential), the registration and consent details you submit, and technical log data of electronic signatures (date/time, IP address, browser type) as evidence of your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

2. How we use your data

To respond to your enquiries and arrange trial or workshop classes.
To administer enrolment, scheduling, payment and class communications.
To send you updates about our programmes, where you have consented or where permitted under the PDPA.
To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers as needed to operate, such as Meta Platforms (for our Facebook and Instagram pages and lead forms), our payment and cloud service providers, and government bodies where required by law. Our website is hosted by Netlify, and the parent portal's accounts and records are hosted by Supabase (cloud authentication and database). These providers process data on our behalf.

4. Electronic signatures

When you sign our Terms & Conditions of Enrolment through the parent portal, we record your typed name, the account used, the version of the Terms you accepted, the date and time, and technical log data (IP address, browser type). This record is kept as evidence of your consent under Singapore's Electronic Transactions Act and the PDPA. You can view your signed records in the portal at any time.

5. Access, correction and withdrawal of consent

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent to our use of it, by emailing roboticsnode@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent may mean we are unable to continue providing services to you.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, after which it is securely disposed of. Enrolment, consent and billing records are kept for at least 5 years, in line with our accounting and record-keeping obligations.

7. Photographs and media

Workshop photography and videography are covered by our Workshop Terms & Conditions (clauses 9 and 10). If you do not wish your child to appear in our media, notify us in writing at the time of application or during enrolment.
